Premier Homecare North Wales Ltd retains a complete record of all qualifications, credentials and experience gained for each staff member, whether full-time or part-time.

Currently we employ domiciliary care staff who all participate in a comprehensive six day induction and on going training programmes during employment. We offer further training for staff to achieve their QCF 2 in care award. Premier also promotes career opportunities within the company with development opportunities into managerial roles along with training and qualification toQCF 3, 4, 5 and assessor awards.

All our service users are allocated to one of our Care Managers to ensure that the best possible care is provided and effectively monitored. Care Managers either hold QCF4, QCF3 or are working towards one of these qualifications.
